No, to upgrade from MPVI3 to MPVI4, a new device is needed.

What are HP Tuners Credits and why do I need them? 

HP Tuners Credits are the currency used within VCM Suite to unlock specific ECUs or vehicles for tuning.

You’ll need credits to license your vehicle before making calibration changes. The number of credits required depends on the vehicle and control module.
