The VCM Performance Black Friday Sale [Promotion] will run from 21st November 2025 8:00am AEST until 1st December 11:59pm AEST [Promotional Period]. The Promotion will be only available on the VCM Performance Retail Website and to Retail Customers
During the promotional period, customers will be able to receive up to 20% off a selected range of products. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. VCM Performance reserves the right to change prices without notice. During the promotional period, product is subject to stock availability.

We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website. We reserve the right to change product descriptions at any time.
Orders
You will place an Order on the Website by selecting goods, entering your personal and payment details and checking out. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please ensure all orders are complete and that quantities and products are correct before confirming your order. Your orders are processed as quickly as possible so once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend, change, swap out, or remove / add any items.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping
VCM Suite Australasia Pty Ltd is committed to processing orders in a timely manner. Orders placed before 12pm, are eligible for dispatch the same day, no later than next day. Orders placed thereafter will be dispatched the next business day.
Note we do not ship to PO boxes.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to make changes. Please contact the assigned carrier directly for any queries related to the shipment of your order.
Delivery Times

- Express: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- Standard: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- In-Store Pickup: Orders can typically be picked up from our store within 1-4 hours from order placement during business hours. Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
As much as we endeavor to stay within these transit time frames, these are subject to change and are only estimates. Please refer to the respective carrier’s website directly for the most up-to-date delivery times, as these can frequently change throughout the year.
International Shipping to New Zealand

- We offer shipping to New Zealand using DHL and Australia Post Express, with prices quoted at checkout.
- Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival and are not included in the initial purchase or shipping fees.
Delivery
While VCM Suite Australasia Pty Ltd uses the most reliable and trustworthy carriers, we do not accept responsibility for any goods that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the carrier.
By signing for and accepting delivery, you are acknowledging that the item has arrived in good condition. If the package is damaged in any way, please inspect the contents prior to signing for it.
Please ensure you open your parcel, check all items are included and are undamaged. Claims for missing or damaged items must be placed within 7 days of successful delivery.
If ‘Shipping Protection' is selected & paid for by the customer at the time of order, the customer is covered for lost, stolen or damaged products in transit.

Unless authority to leave has been selected, anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the goods shall be presumed by VCM Suite Australasia Pty Ltd to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf. Where possible, use a work address or an address where you will most likely be able to receive the goods in person when completing your shipping details. (Unless authority to leave has been selected).
Authority to Leave
By authorising Authority to leave at checkout, the customer permits the carrier to deliver the parcel to the entered delivery address without a recipient to accept the parcel.
Authority to leave at checkout is available for orders less than or equal to $500 in value.
The assigned carrier has final discretion on Authority to Leave and the delivery address suitable. Please see the assigned carries Authority to Leave Policy.
Product Availability
We pride ourselves on accurate stock. If we cannot fulfill your order due to inventory discrepancies we will contact you.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. VCM Suite Australasia Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices listed in the Company’s price list and/or website are exclusive of freight and insurance.
If You have an agreement with The Company where you are eligible for alternate pricing, the prices listed on the Company Website are listed in Australian Dollars, include 10% GST and are exclusive of freight and insurance. VCM Suite Australasia Pty Ltd reserves the right to change prices without notice.
If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
Payment
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Zip Pay.
Credit card transactions are processed online through a secure third-party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers may return new & unused merchandise still in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of payment for credit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Carefully check the products you intend to purchase are correct for your application and hardware. If you have any questions, contact us first at sales@vcmperformance.com.au , and we would be delighted to assist you.
Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless the product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs

All digital product sales including credits are final, under no circumstances can a refund be given for any digital products.
Warranty & Faulty Items
Warranty
Warranty relating to Third Party Products lie with the original manufacturer. Engineering advancements, changes in design or performance improvements of the Goods does not constitute a reason for warranty return or replacement.
All Goods sold are subject to manufacturer’s warranty and trading terms. No warranty will come into effect until Goods have been paid for in full. The Company will honour manufacturer’s warranties to the extent provided by relevant law and to the extent the Company has the benefit of such warranty. The Company does not provide any warranty beyond that required by relevant law.
Whilst we have taken all due care in providing the information on our website, we do not provide any warranty either express or implied including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Products deemed faulty
VCM Suite Australasia Pty Ltd prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out. If however you believe you have a product that is faulty, please email us as possible during business hours, with your purchase details.
Giftcards
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be refunded by the purchaser and are valid only for the addressee. They can be used on all products, including sale items. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue, unless specified otherwise
