OVERVIEW
The Active Premium hose reel and wall mount combo solution was developed using consumer feedback, preferences and industry expert guidance.
This package includes a hose reel capable of storing up to 30m of 3/8' hose and 45m of 5/16' hose, wall mount cage with dedicated slots for pressure washer gun, foam cannon, lance and 4 nozzles. A 16” backing plate for safe mounting on the wall and a 5/16” diameter jumper hose with an M22-14mm connector for installation with the pressure washer.
The solution aims to be an integral accessory to the car wash experience in your garage, which ties in the Active pressure washer range to the active accessory bundle and completes the set of products for an integrated wash experience.

What additional equipment do I need to use the Active wall mount?
This kit has been built for optimised use with the Active 2.0 and 2.3 pressure washers and accessories. But it can be used to store any pressure washer with M22-14mm outlets. If you wish to use an M22-15mm pressure washer, you will need to source a separate jumper hose. Furthermore, any accessory terminating in a ¼” male plug (foam cannon, lance and nozzle can be used to store in the accessory mounts.
Can this kit be used with non Active branded pressure washers?
Although the kit is optimised for use with the Active 2.0 and 2.3, you can directly use this kit with any pressure washer on the market. The jumper hose provided terminates in an M22-14mm fitting. If you wish to use it with an M22-15mm pressure washer, you will need to purchase a separate M22-15 jumper hose.
Can the Active wall mount and hose reel be used with the Active VE52/
VE56?
Yes, it can be used, but you need to purchase a separate M22-15mm to 3/8” adapter for the hose to be compatible with the M22-15mm outlet of the VE52/56.
What is the warranty policy, and do I need to register my Active Premium
Accessory Bundle?
This hose reel and wall mount combo comes with a 2-year warranty and does require warranty registration. Ensure you have your purchase proof, purchase store, order ID for warranty support.
What steps do I need to follow if my Active Hose Reel and Wall Mount
Combo is not working as intended?
The first step to follow is to read your product manual for troubleshooting. International Shipping to New Zealand
We offer shipping to New Zealand using DHL and Australia Post Express, with prices quoted at checkout. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival and are not included in the initial purchase or shipping fees.
