OVERVIEW
The Active 2.0 came into being through our determination to build the perfect machine for the DIY detailer. The Active 2.0 was built from the ground up through consumer feedback, industry insights by our partners and distributors along with our 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing electric pressure washers.
The 2.0 comes equipped with our unique 5-Piston Pro Pump and Long Lasting Universal 9650 Motor, which gives an output of 2.0 GPM / 7.7LPM and 1100 PSI at the nozzle. This is the ideal combination of pressure and flow for your automobiles and around-the-house chores! This machine will get the job done, guaranteed!
The package also comes with all the basic accessories you need to get started with. This includes a 9m steel braided rubber hose, metal pressure washer gun and lance, 700ml foam cannon and 4 nozzles (0,15,25,40) for a versatile cleaning experience.
A bonus feature on this 2.0 is our newly designed wall mount feet which will enable you to mount the 2.0 on a horizontal shelf securely!

COMPATIBILITY
- This pressure washer is not compatible with non-steel braided hoses, especially those from Uberflex.
- It is recommended to connect the pressure washer directly to the power mains rather than using an extension cord. If an extension cord is necessary, make sure it is heavy-duty, rated for at least 10 amps, uses thicker gauge conductors to minimise voltage drops, and is no longer than 15 meters.

VCM Performance is committed to processing orders efficiently. We aim to dispatch the majority of orders the next business day. However, please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch. For added convenience, we now offer shipping to PO boxes and parcel lockers.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to make changes. Please contact the chosen courier directly for any modifications or issues related to the shipment of your order.

Delivery Times
• Australia Post Express: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
• Australia Post Standard: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days depending on your location.
• In-Store Pickup: Orders can typically be picked up from our store within 1-4 hours from order placement during business hours. Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
For shipments using alternative couriers, please refer to the respective courier’s website directly for the most up-to-date delivery times as these can frequently change throughout the year.
International Shipping to New Zealand
We offer shipping to New Zealand using DHL and Australia Post Express, with prices quoted at checkout. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival and are not included in the initial purchase or shipping fees.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. At this stage, we are unable to make changes to your order. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at sales@vcmperformance.com.au.

While VCM Performance uses the most reliable and trustworthy carriers, we do not accept responsibility for any goods that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the courier.
