Well made, easy to install, though lacks information on installation for older VE but easy enough to figure out.
Good immediate power gain, even prior to tuning. The engine definitely breathes a lot better than the OEM setup. Tidy’s up the engine bay nicely. 10/10.

Honestly does VCM performance even need my review? Have had this kit on my SV6 for several years, I had all plastics carbon fibre hydro-dipped, looks amazing. My only criticism is if this was to be redesigned, a drop-in air filter design would be a huge improvment.
As it is, I absolutely dread trying to get the air cleaner out and back in again. Having to lift the intake manifold is far from convenient and risks introduction of intake leaks. With some perseverance
it is possible to remove the throttle body to assist in getting the boot off but still, come on VCM, where's the 3D design tech and innovation gone? I doubt I'd buy this kit again knowinig how difficult a job it is
to get at the filter element.
