HP Tuners is proud to offer first-to-market custom tuning and diagnostics support for select Dodge vehicles equipped with the GPEC5 PCM.
This is a one-time, send-in upgrade only service that requires users to remove the PCM and send it to HP Tuners USA for servicing. Due to offsite servicing, time frames may vary. See below for models that require this service.
All models also require an HP Tuners’ Dodge Smart Access Cable.
Please Note: Before sending your PCM to VCM Performance, you will be required to fill out this form HERE without this step VCM will not be able to perform the PCM modification.

- Every PCM coming to VCM Performance MUST have an order number clearly marked on the exterior of the box. Failing to do so may cause your order to be delayed.
- You MUST fill out this "FORM" and include it inside the box with your PCM. If you do not do this, your PCM will either be returned without service, and you will not be refunded for shipping costs, or heavily delayed!
- This upgrade is performed in the USA, we will upgrade PCMs as fast as we can, please allow 14 - 17 days
- Please ensure you are sending in ONLY a PCM. No brackets, rubber isolators, or other pieces should be included, these components may not be returned with your upgraded PCM.
- While there is no hardware change, the back cover of the PCM does need to be removed.
- Any hardware ordered with this product will be shipped along with your upgraded PCM/TCM. To avoid delays please order the hardware separately.
PCMs with broken “LOCKING” tabs or connectors WILL NOT be accepted for upgrades.

- 2021-2024 Jeep Gladiator 3.6L
Special Note: We also support the ZF8 transmission (TCM) found in these models! No upgrade service is required. Simply license your TCM for (4) credits and tune!

- Purchase this Dodge GPEC5 PCM Service to upgrade your PCM for tuning.
- All models also require a 2018+ Dodge Smart Access Cable to enable read, write, and special functions.
- These models are only compatible with MPVI3 devices.
- Download the latest version of VCM Suite (BETA) for free.
- Once upgraded, purchase (4) Universal Credits to license your upgraded PCM.
Note: Universal Credits for licensing are not included in the cost of any upgrade service or purchase. Credits must be purchased separately.

VCM Performance is committed to processing orders efficiently. We aim to dispatch the majority of orders the next business day. However, please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch. For added convenience, we now offer shipping to PO boxes and parcel lockers.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are unable to make changes. Please contact the chosen courier directly for any modifications or issues related to the shipment of your order.
Shipping Options
We use a range of couriers to provide the best and most efficient delivery service possible. This allows us to choose the optimal shipping method based on the items you purchase. Detailed shipping options and prices will be available for you to view at checkout.
Delivery Times
• Australia Post Express: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days depending on your location.
• Australia Post Standard: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days depending on your location.
• In-Store Pickup: Orders can typically be picked up from our store within 1-4 hours from order placement during business hours. Please wait for our confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
For shipments using alternative couriers, please refer to the respective courier’s website directly for the most up-to-date delivery times as these can frequently change throughout the year.
International Shipping to New Zealand
We offer shipping to New Zealand using DHL and Australia Post Express, with prices quoted at checkout. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival and are not included in the initial purchase or shipping fees.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. At this stage, we are unable to make changes to your order. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at sales@vcmperformance.com.au.
Responsibility for Goods
While VCM Performance uses the most reliable and trustworthy carriers, we do not accept responsibility for any goods that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the courier.
